£275 set-up fee, including the first person, then £35 per person. No deposit.

How the day runs
Before the day. You send me a schedule and the name of one contact.
Set-up. I set up in any spare room. Bigger is better, but small rooms work. Everything runs on battery, so I don’t need a power socket.
The shoot. Each person gets 10 to 15 minutes. My camera links to a laptop, so they see their photos as we go. I keep shooting until they’re happy.
Capacity. Up to 60 people in a day.
Delivery. Edited headshots within 48 to 72 hours.
Rearranged his weekend to shoot on the Saturday.

Matching photos across offices and over time
For teams, I use a set system: the same background, the same light, everyone facing the same way. Grey is my standard, because it suits most skin tones. If your team page already uses white, I’ll match that.
A photo taken at one office matches one taken at another, even on the same day. A new starter photographed next year matches the person who sat down first.

Anyone who missed the shoot can come to my studio at 18 Montgomery Street, Bristol, within 6 months. Their headshot matches the rest of the team’s. There’s a waiting room downstairs, and usually coffee.
First person: £75
Each extra person: £50
Up to 5 people. For 6 or more new starters, I come back to your office at the team-day rate.
Big groups
Conferences and company days need a different approach. I’ve directed groups of 150 from a balcony, so everyone is visible and facing the camera.

I correct colour as standard. I don’t recommend heavy retouching on a profile photo. Your headshot should look like you on a good day. If you want retouching, it’s £15 per image.

I’m experienced in low-light environments and carry professional equipment designed for challenging conditions. I also scout for the best available light in the room to maintain quality and mood.
