Booking terms

These terms apply to Studio Headshots, Power Hour, Beginner to Winner and Snapshot to Showstopper.

Payment
You pay in full when you book.

Cancellation and refunds

• More than 48 hours before the session: full refund

• 24 to 48 hours before: 50% refund

• Less than 24 hours before, or no-show: no refund

If I have to cancel, I will offer a new date or a full refund.

Rescheduling
Lessons: you can move up to two lessons whenever you need to, with no fee. After that, a moved lesson counts as used. I may occasionally need to move a lesson for commercial work, and I will always offer you a new time.

Headshots: you can move your session by agreement, at no charge.

Your images
Headshot images come with business use included: your website, LinkedIn, social media and press. I keep the copyright and may use the images to promote my work.

Visiting the studio
My studio is at my home, 18 Montgomery St, Bristol BS3 4SE. Please tell me before your visit about any mobility needs, so I can make it easy for you. You are responsible for your own belongings, and children must be supervised at all times.

Photography terms

Personal branding, commercial and event photography is booked with a written contract, which you’ll receive before your session.

Stay Visible subscription: paid monthly by instalments over 12 months.

Payment
I invoice in full when the work is complete. Payment is due within 14 days.

Cancellation

• More than 48 hours before the session: no charge

• 24 to 48 hours before: 50% of the fee

• Less than 24 hours before, or no-show: 100% of the fee

Rescheduling
For outdoor or location work, you can move the date once, free of charge, because of bad weather.

Delivery
Finished images within 48 hours of the session, unless agreed otherwise.

Using the images
Business use is included with no extra licence fees: website, social media, advertising, print and press. I keep the copyright and may use the images to promote my work.
