A family business in electrical, construction and training, with offices in Bristol and South Wales and construction sites across Bristol.
The brief
New photography, and short video clips, for their website and social media: headshots for every contract manager and member of office staff, team photos, and the work itself, on site and in training.
How we did it
The job covered four offices, two in Bristol plus Neath and Newport, and several live construction sites. To keep disruption to a minimum, each headshot took no more than five minutes. Everyone wore Jeff Way shirts, and office staff avoided white and busy patterns, so the whole team matched across every office.
On site it was oversized boots and a white hard hat, with the peak catching on the camera, photographing electricians and builders at work. In the training centre I photographed apprentices learning on the test boards. Back in the offices, there were meetings, presentations and posed team photos.
